小川町みどりが丘 部分サイディングカバー工事
本日は、お世話になっている小川町みどりが丘の外壁塗装現場で部分的に金属サイディングによる
外壁の重ね張りをいたしました。モルタル壁ですのでモルタル補修での対応が望ましいのですが
コストを優先して部分的の重ね張りとさせていただきました。意外とアクセントになりこれはこれで
良いのではないかと思います。
施工前、モルタル壁が浮いてしまっています。モルタルの2回目の上塗り層が浮いてしまっています。
施工後 金属サイディングなのでモルタル補修より工程が少ないのでコストが抑えられます。
